“Very disappointed with the 10x8"cellophane bags for photography and art. They are as stated but if you want to fit a 10x8inch picture mount into these bags they do not fit. I now have 200 of these bags which are as much use as a snowflake in Dubai.”

Hi You bought the 8x10" bag which we don't advertise to fit a mount, but we do have a slightly oversize 8x10" bag (PPB0810Plus) which should take a mount (depending on thickness of board etc). Please feel free to send the bags back to us for a full refund, and if you'd like a sample of the PPB0810Plus we'd be happy to send one out to you to try.

“Transpack product is good but the packaging was not so good. A loose bundle of the display bags fell all over the floor as I opened the transit packaging.”

Hi Philip - sorry to hear this. Packaging is usually our forte! Did you have any damaged stock as a result? We'd be very happy to replace it.
