“The item I ordered could have been delivered by Royal Mail as it fitted through my letterbox, and would have cost a fraction of the value I had to pay for DHL to deliver it but there was no option to choose that method of delivery so had to pay £6.99. Not good. However, happy with the item and speed of delivery.”

Hi Helen. I'm sorry you were disappointed with the delivery cost. To send a small parcel with Royal Mail would still cost £4.68 and would not come with any guarantee of delivery, so we choose to use a courier with a tracking service and an excellent record of delivering the next day which we think offers excellent value compared to Royal Mail. Incidentally, if you can get your order over £55 next time, we offer free carriage so that may be worth considering. Thank you for your feedback.

“Looked online for a little while for cello bags (for protecting and displaying my art)before finding and deciding on Transpack. Excellent communication and delivery day/time etc: from both courier and warehouse team. The only criticism I have is that around a dozen cello bag corners had been crushed in the tube. Otherwise I have no problems.”
