The item I ordered could have been delivered by Royal Mail as it fitted through my letterbox, and would have cost a fraction of the value I had to pay for DHL to deliver it but there was no option to choose that method of delivery so had to pay £6.99. Not good. However, happy with the item and speed of delivery.
