“Products good, and turnaround quick. BUT DPD let you down. Three phone calls, to tell them that they HAD NOT attempted delivery three times no cards left, plus myself and my husband are both working from home - this resulting in my packaging arriving several days late. This then had an impact on me delivering products from my small business out.”

“The order process is easy and the delivery time was speedy which is great as I had run out of one of the items I ordered. My reason for dropping one of the stars from the rating is that I ordered ECO products but am disappointed that the ecotape was in plastic tubes and then the packing tape on the box was also plastic tape. I know the eco tape is more expensive to use as that's the only type of tape I use but when you are making the effort to provide eco products then I think you should also make the effort to ensure they are sent in eco packaging otherwise, what is the point of providing the eco option.”

“I am very happy with my purchase of 1 x roll of ecowrap clear film wrap, 2 x roll of kraft paper and 1 x roll of raffia ribbon. I will buy again BUT the size of the box that these items came in was huge! Thank fully the excess room was taken up with shredded paper - sustainably sourced i hope.”
