Dear Harry, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely apologise for the delay in delivering your order and for the inconvenience this caused. Unfortunately, your delivery fell during the Christmas period when we were closed, and the situation was further complicated when FedEx was unable to locate your address, resulting in the parcel being returned to us. As soon as our Customer Service team became aware of the issue, they reached out to you promptly to resolve the confusion. You kindly supplied additional address details, which we then passed on to an alternative courier, DPD. They made every effort to ensure the parcel reached you as quickly as possible. While our couriers take pride in maintaining a 97% "next day" delivery rate for us, this was an unfortunate situation where the address could not be found on the "Post Code Finder" system, and things unraveled from there. We are committed to ensuring a smoother experience in the future. If you would kindly give us another chance, we will ensure all your future deliveries are handled exclusively by DPD. Cellulose gift pack choices have deteriorated. Limited choice of Xmas designs ,poorer quality materials, poor bag seams. So disappointed. I have samples of your older excellent packagings and can not believe how far Transpack has fallen. Even the packaging for delivery was poor. Feel free to contact me for evidence. At Transpack, because we really care about our customers, company and our hard-working staff, we may tend to take unjustified reviews to heart. Our MD has personally called you and left a message and sent an email. After reviewing your comments, we feel it is important to clarify a few points regarding your experience and your order. You placed a single, relatively small order on 2nd December for 20 sheets of tissue paper, 100 small Christmas-themed bags, and 100 block bags. While we welcome all customers regardless of order size, we are unsure how this single purchase would enable you to evaluate the entirety of our company, its service standards, or our extensive product range of over 3,800 items, “over time.” Additionally, we have no record on our Sample Order System, of you requesting product samples from us of the items you purchased (or any other products), which we provide free of charge to ensure customers are satisfied with their selection before placing an order. This option is designed to help avoid any disappointment, and to make sure the product is correct for what you need it for. We want to assure you that we take great care when packing and dispatching orders. We’ve reviewed the CCTV footage of your parcel being packed and can confirm it was done meticulously, as per our high standards. However, while we use reputable couriers and invest heavily in safe shipping practices, minor handling damage during transit is unfortunately beyond our direct control. We appreciate constructive feedback from our customers, as it helps us refine and improve our processes. However, the tone and defamatory nature of your comments do not align with this intention. Service was great. I ordered my items and they arrived two days later. Unfortunately, one of the items I ordered was for a two seater sofa, but what arrived was for a single seater armchair. So unfortunately that didn't help before the removal team arrived.

Shipping cost is quite disproportionate to item cost. Most items fit into standard post box inlet.

Dear Chinthaka, Thank you for your valued recent order. With regards to the courier costs; like everyone else, we have been plagued by price increases from courier companies due to all the price increases they are taking on. We only use the most reliable couriers that we have tried and tested over time to ensure our customers do not get let down by slow and unreliable delivery. We do not use postal services for many reasons. We offer free delivery on orders over £55 which the majority of our customers take advantage of. Hopefully one day the fuel price and energy prices will come down, and just maybe, the courier companies will reduce their prices as well.

This eco-friendly paper is made from recycled content, is compostable, vegan friendly and biodegradable. Product was great as was despatch time but unfortunately the delivery was not because they used a DHL service which messaged to say that the driver was delayed then 3 minutes later messaged to say that delivery has been attempted and no one was in - which was a lie no one attempted delivery and I was in! The message also stated that the delivery was now “on its way to your local DHL service centre” which turned out to be a shop 10 minutes drive away and “if you don’t go and collect it it’s going to be returned to the sender” So I waited for 2 hours at the shop for the heavy parcel to arrive. Then struggled to get it to my car as no convenient parking - you may think this is not the fault of TransPack - but they chose to use this “service”

Hi Jane. We are sorry to hear that DHL let you (and us) down like this. The vast majority of deliveries are handled perfectly and on time but we are sorry that yours wasn't. If you order from us again we will send with another courier for you. You are also very welcome to call us the minute you have an issue with a delivery and we will handle it all for you. You shouldn't have had to chase around after your parcel. This issue has been raised with DHL this morning.

Cello bags are great and service was quick. However I purchased biodegradable cellos abs they were sent in plastic packaging. Not sure if I will be purchasing again in the future as I can purchase else where plastic free.

Hi April. Thanks for your review. We do try and send out our eco-friendly packaging in compostable or biodegradable packing where we can. These should have come to you wrapped in cardboard which can go into your cardboard recycling. The nativia bags themselves are in a recyclable polythene bag -this is necessary as we need the bags to get to you in perfect condition and as they are compostable they need to be protected from moisture while in transit. As i mentioned this bag is polythene and therefore very easily recycled.

I paid for next day delivery and it did nthe driver was very good but he did agree it was late ot come the next day not good

Dear Chris Thank you for contacting us. Your order was received at 22:19pm on 30th March. The cut off time for next day delivery is 3:00 pm, this is stated in the Terms and Conditions at the checkout - see below. 'Please Note Order deadline for next working day delivery is 3pm on a working day. Orders received after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day.' We despatched your order on 31st March and it was delivered and signed for at 9:07am on 1st April. We could not have got it to you any sooner. We hope this answers your query.

I think the shipping and vat are a bit high my purchase of £23 ended up costing £40, the delivery was on time and driver very polite but I would think twice about shopping there

Good product. Poorly packaged though. I ordered eco food safe bags and they were packed loose in a squashed cardboard box. Many of them were folded and bent. I would expect a product that’s end use is in the food industry to be much better packaged.

Order address in posting label was incorrect. Therefore delivered to someone else. Luckily the address in paperwork could be seen, so neighbour brought it round. Apart from that, it was speedy and efficient
