Product was great as was despatch time but unfortunately the delivery was not because they used a DHL service which messaged to say that the driver was delayed then 3 minutes later messaged to say that delivery has been attempted and no one was in - which was a lie no one attempted delivery and I was in! The message also stated that the delivery was now “on its way to your local DHL service centre” which turned out to be a shop 10 minutes drive away and “if you don’t go and collect it it’s going to be returned to the sender” So I waited for 2 hours at the shop for the heavy parcel to arrive. Then struggled to get it to my car as no convenient parking - you may think this is not the fault of TransPack - but they chose to use this “service”
