“Would of been 5 just was disappointed with the customer service when collected I had a mask kept at a distance man that came to door was rude and very unfriendly and not professional for a people person seeing it was my first order to try your product has put me of a bit to be honest”

Hi Lorraine I'm so sorry you didn't have a friendly welcome. Its very unusual and I have passed your feedback on to everyone here to make sure that doesn't happen again. Please don't think that that is our usual service, I can only assume the person you saw was under pressure and you caught him at a bad moment although that really is not an excuse.

“Great products, quick delivery. Only thing I would say is that the Compostable A4 cello bag didn't have the biodegradeable labelling on where as the A3 option did.”

Hi Brian Our tracking shows that this was delivered the morning after you ordered, and signed for by you so I'm not sure what happened here? If an order doesn't arrive as expected you can always contact us and we will liaise with DPD on your behalf.

“Really impressed with the service from Transpack. I placed an order for a roll of 1000 gauge plastic sheeting in the morning, and received a phone call a few hours later apologising that the last roll had been sent that morning, so it would be a week or so before they could dispatch the item. Talking through my needs, she explained an alternative 500 gauge product would be more suitable. It was dispatched and received the next day. Beware!! This product is ridiculously heavy! The packaging box was quite flimsy, and moving the box to my car to move the item to our shop, caused several metres of the sheeting to be damaged on the crease. As the roll contained 91 metres this was not too much of a problem though, as we simply cut away about 10 metres of the sheeting.”
