“1. Very good range of products, could be more consistent on descriptors e.g. clarity on food safety for novices to plastic packaging like me. 2. I wanted to purchase biodegradable stickers to go onto the recycled bags but these don't exist in the same way that the compostable stickers do. I would have bought some. 3. Delivery secure and efficient and very helpful and pleasant telephone manner at all times , plus followup by email.I will still be checking prices with competitors. 4. The website could be a bit easier to navigate, detail is fair - make it bullet pointed - it's less timely to read. A slightly larger font would help. 5. Delivery - efficient communication and arrival 6. Products - i) There were 2 boxes of recycled poly bags, not of the same print run, for me it is important that the customer can see the larger print and would have very much preferred that consistency. The two boxes certainly could have been packed much better. One box had around 25 bags which were creased, the other had a high number of bags which were folded over on top of the rest which were clearly fitting the box to size. This is disappointing and surprising, as all product should be flat and uncreased, otherwise it is substandard. I don't see recycled as substandard. ii) The eco tape looks good, time will tell, but I bought off reviews. iii) The tissue paper looks fine, can comment better once folding and testing on garment etc.”

“The product is really great, very pleased, but the delivery driver left the parcel at the wrong house. Not a huge problem, but just annoying as our house has a clear sign at the gate. I suppose this really isn’t Transpack’s fault, but the delivery company’s, who come to us regularly! Life eh!”

“Easy to order on website, quick confirmation of next-day delivery (even during COVID when other suppliers are delayed or closed). Happy with the clear self-seal bio bags. Not as happy with the cardboard boxes - seem a bit flimsier than other single-wall cardboard we've ordered from elsewhere, but these will do.”

“My package arrived promptly but it was very squashed and the box was ripped with a large hole in it and one packet of bags damaged on one side. I would order again but request much sturdier packaging next time”
