“Efficient service, but not clear about charges. I had a single order for next-day-delivery, but found that the next-day delivery charge of £9 had to be paid for each package within the order, even though they were all on the same van.”

Hi Andrea Sorry that you felt it wasn't clear. You did tick a box to say that you had read a notice, which points out that the next day charge is per parcel before you placed the order. We do also offer to send the bulk of the order on standard delivery which wouldn't have incurred any extra charge, with one parcel going on the upgraded service you paid extra for.
