The order process is easy and the delivery time was speedy which is great as I had run out of one of the items I ordered. My reason for dropping one of the stars from the rating is that I ordered ECO products but am disappointed that the ecotape was in plastic tubes and then the packing tape on the box was also plastic tape. I know the eco tape is more expensive to use as that's the only type of tape I use but when you are making the effort to provide eco products then I think you should also make the effort to ensure they are sent in eco packaging otherwise, what is the point of providing the eco option.
