“I think your products are of good quality but a bit on the expensive side... what with VAT and delivery.... you might wish to lower the overall unit price by 10%.... You asked for feedback and this is what I think.... On closing it would not put me off from buying from you in the future - should there be a need. Thanks”

“Unfortunately product spec had changed since we last bought. However, customer service were helpful in their explanation, and refunded without hassle. I still don't have the product I want, but they did their best and were professional and prompt throughout.”

“I did not receive advance earning of when the item was to be delivered and the driver was very lucky to catch me in. I was informed by the sender it was being sent but not when and I received no notification from you. The driver was very polite and apologetic.”
