“I ordered large cellophane, sealable bags to display my mounted art prints and drawings. The arrives quickly and well packed, the only down side was that one or two of the top bags has creased slightly in the packing, not a major problem but it's very important when displaying work that it looks tidy and professional. Hopefully Transpack will take this on board, I would order from them again.”

Hi Caroline Thank you for your comments. I'll pass on your comments to the Warehouse staff and ask them to take extra care with the outer bags when packing this type of product.

“Very prompt delivery. The only problem I had was the price is ex vat & during the ordering process it estimated delivery costs, went you get to the end of the order it charges a standard £5.00. It made quite a difference to the end price.”

“The samples were received next day. Shipment arrived quickly in good order. The only reason I downgraded to 4 is because I thought the cost for mailing unnecessarily high. That said, would definitely use again as quality and service are excellent.”

“I ordered 500 plastic bags, the quality was very good and delivered next day. However there was approximately 35 bags short delivered. A small +/- tolerance is acceptable but 7% is too much!”

“Good communication via email and telephone. I did however receive a message telling me that there had been a delay in despatch and goods not received by courier as expected. I was to await further email. Then Later that day goods arrived early evening. I was pleased but was a bit confused with communications/ timings. Product excellent.”

Hi Kevan Thank you for your comments. I'm sorry the carriage seems expensive - we choose to use a courier service rather than Royal Mail and they give you a timed delivery slot, meaning your parcel is track-able. This means that our parcels very rarely go missing and you don't have to wait in for them.

“Good website and ordering system. Customer service was very quick in answering (emailed) questions. Very quick delivery and notification of despatch. The carrier (DPD) should have given a time slot for delivery but didn't - not really the fault of Transpack though. Luckily, I was just leaving as the DPD van arrived. Suggest enclosing a catalogue with all orders - it's always useful to browse or to show to colleagues/friends. Overall, a good experience and I will be using this company again.”
