“Although the size of the product I ordered was 10% below my specific needs; Transpack were polite, fast & efficient in correcting the error. Karen was friendly & businesslike. I would recommend this company to anyone who enjoys a personal service & excellent products.”

“Great service from Transpack can’t fault the service my problem was with Dpd who claimed they delivered my package and signed for when this was clearly not the case contacted Karen on customer service who was on it straight away and shipped me out another package the next day within the time frame would definitely use them again”

“Transpack's service was good and prompt but the delivery by DPD was bad. On the day scheduled for delivery they failed to deliver on the grounds that there was no-one availbale to sigh for the package. There was. The delivery van did not come within a mile of the property. The report on-line showed a property just over mile from the delivery address. This poor service is typical of DPD.”

Hi Graham I'm sorry that DPD let you down on this occasion. I've had a look and it seems the parcel was delivered correctly the next day so I hope that didn't inconvenience you too much.

“Ordered some more cello bags as I was impressed with the quality of them last time , however for some reason they aren’t as clear as the last ones I ordered even though there supposed to be the same ? Still a good thick quality though not as clear as last time .”

“Only disapointment is the way the items were packed, I was expecting each set of Poly bags to be in packs, as priced in packs on your website not in a large bundle with a plain paper band wrapped around so no way of easily checking quantities Makes identification of each bag, storage and usage difficult”

“I wanted some zip wallets and they promptly let me know that they were short of the colour I ordered and let me know what was available. Also told me they won't be producing them any more so I have the chance of buying them up quick if I need more. Prompt delivery with no hitches. Website easy to use. Would be a very good if they were continuing with making the wallets!!!”
