“Was a slight delay due to needing my proof of age but I understand that is down to regulations. Transpack quick and polite in emails and fixed the issue quickly. Good customer service.”

Hi Kim. Thanks for your comments.The delivery price is for a tracked courier service which is why its a bit higher than a Royal Mail delivery. We find it much more reliable and like being able to give the one hour delivery timeslot. If you can order more at once and get your order over £35 the same delivery would be free.

“Happy with my order. Everything was as I expected. But was sent notification parcel would be delivered on the Tuesday. Waited in ALL day. Didn't come!! Eventually arrived on the Thursday”

“Delivery very quick from order date. Good quality product. The only thing that reduced review from a 5 star to 4 was that some of the items were slightly creased at the edge which I suspect was due to the packing. They are still useable but not perfect.”

“Extremely helpful and prompt customer service from Anna. I was unsure of the size I needed and she immediately dispatched samples so that I could choose. 5 stars for her! Packaged well and prompt delivery using DPD which is always a good thing due to choice of delivery preferences. Item expensive though and minimum order 100. 3 stars for that. All in all 4 stars.”

“Delivery was very prompt and efficient. My only bugbear was the cost of delivery - because I live in Northern Ireland (part of the United Kingdom I might add) I was charged £15 for an item which cost around £11. This seems somewhat over the top!”

Hi Sarah - thanks for your review. You parcel may just have fitted into a Royal Mail small parcel but that still costs a similar price I'm afraid, and with the courier delivery it is tracked, and you get an hourly timeslot. We've found it much more reliable and a better service for our customers. Your order wasn't too far off the free delivery threshhold so it may be something to consider next time?
