“The carrier you use charges far too much to deliver to Northern Ireland it would be far better if you used Royal Mail. If it wasnt for the fact I visit England regularly and have a relative who will receive post for me I wouldnt use Transpack at all.”

Thank you for your feedback. We work very hard to ensure our customers receive the best possible service at all times. Regretfully Royal Mail has proven unreliable losing parcels hence we only use a trackable service which we accept is expensive to Northern Ireland. We continue to explore other options and will contact you when we have found a better solution.
