“What amazing service again. I know I’m not a major customer for you but I am so grateful that you make me feel as good as the big ones! I ordered my bags and tissue bundles, communications almost straight away, ready for me to collect. Off I went next day and friendly gentleman there who said ‘are you Julie?’ Top class, thank you so much.”

“It would have been better not to put all the cellophane bags together in one bag as that has bent the corners of all the other bags. And I’m not sure why you put the tube containing the rolled up bags into a box! Rather unnecessary extra cardboard as the tube is strong and you could have stapled the ends to stop them popping open. I got a similar order from a competitor recently and they only used the rigid cardboard tube. Just a thought.”

We are sorry to hear that some of the corners of the cellophane bags were bent during transit. We will certainly take your comments on board and will be looking to see if any improvements can be made. Regarding the rolled bags, these products are supplied to us in the tubes. Unfortunately, our couriers no longer accept tubes as a standalone shipping format. These must now be packed inside an outer box for delivery. Kind regards, The Marketing Team
