“Impressed with the prices and speed of delivery, however when we received the order and counted the sheets (yes, we actually counted), we had only received 920, instead of 1000 (we counted twice), which was a bit annoying as we had chosen to order from Transpack based on the cost per sheet compared to another packaging company.”

Hi. Thanks for our comments. I can see that you ordered two reams of Cerise tissue (480 sheets in a ream) so you should have received 960 sheets. I'm sorry that you only received 920 and will arrange for another 40 sheets to be despatched to you today.

“I've been buying my packaging from Transpack for a number of years now. I return each time because of the ease of ordering. It's always processed really quickly. Recently, when I was unsure of a size of bag I needed, I telephoned for advice. The operator I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful. She arranged for a couple of samples to be delivered, so I love Transpack and unless they upset me big time, will continue to use and recommend them to anyone else who needs great packaging.”

“I found perfect packaging for my home crafted jewellery pieces but was disappointed when I got to the ordering/checkout to find that I had to pay £5 postage. Hi Hazel Unfortunately we do have to charge for postage and packing on smaller orders and do keep the cost as low as we can. We haven’t increased this cost for at least 8 or 9 years. You probably saw that we offer free postage on orders over £35 but appreciate that you may not have wanted to spend that much. We try to make the delivery costs as clear as possible and they are accessible on every page of the website. We are sorry you were disappointed.
