“I have been ordering online from Transpack for the last 5 years. I have found their service to be outstanding. The order is placed one night and the goods arrive within 48 hours. What is more they keep a record of what I have ordered and that saves me searching when I want to re-order. I buy card packaging and picture packaging. Cellophane bags in 5 different sizes. In the beginning I got the sizes wrong and they sorted it all out for me with no problems exchanging and ordering what I needed very quickly. They were so helpful on the phone and reassured me. I could not have asked for more. I design and sell cards of my paintings and then sell them in aid of a charity so it is very important to keep my costs as low as possible. Transpack were the best price when I researched this.”

“The plastic covering for my mattress is strong and easy to fit, although it is still necessary to seal it with strong parcel tape which I must supply myself. I felt that the price charged for postage however was exorbitant. Once again, customers not living on the 'mainland' must pay over the odds for goods that are often delivered free. As a UK resident, I thought it unfair to pay such high 'overseas' postage costs.”
