“Think twice before using the click and collect service they offer. I think this is a great company for range and responsiveness, however I had an issue with click and collect. I had one item, roughly the size of my car boot so rather than get it delivered I wanted to collect, the estimate for this was one hour. I had an automated message to say the item was being picked and to expect an email when it was ready. This never happened and I phoned the next day, it had been ready for many hours. After I had collected there was an automated email to say my item had been "despatched" which I find irritating. People I spoke to and the chap who handed it over were very pleasant.”

Our normal process is for the warehouse team to send a collection-ready email once an order has been picked and prepared, and on this occasion it appears that this step was unfortunately missed. We completely understand your frustration, particularly as you were waiting for confirmation before making the journey to collect your order. We appreciate that this caused unnecessary inconvenience. “In readiness for a move, I ordered large medium weight clear bags, mattress covers and wrapping paper. I asked if dispatch could be delayed a few days until I was home, and it was. The products came nicely packed and the 150 bags particularly so, in a cardboard sleave allowing them the be removed one by one. Thus far very pleased. Mattress covers and paper to be used as and when.... Thanks Transpack!”
