“Usually i am very pleased with the bags i order off Transpack. I have reordered twice now and do like their bags. However the way they were packaged this time was very poor. The bags are usually in another bag as they slide around and can get creased, but this time they were put loose in a box that was definitely being reused considering the amount of package tape wrapping it. I was very close to cutting the bags when i was trying to get the tape off. Also some of the bags had slid around and got very creased making them unusable. Like i say the bags are great but the packing seriously let them down.”
