“Absolutely great customer service and very quick response. Fast delivery as well. Had a little problem with an item and got replaced straight away and sent it with a courier the next day! Very impressed!”

“On the Ball My order didn't appear (courier problem) so I e-mailed Transpack to advise. I got a call back the same day to advise that they were on the case & would arrange replacements should the item not appear over the weekend - my suggestion. Parcel did appear, but it's good to know that they responded quickly & were very helpful. When things go wrong it good to know people are more than willing to help you”

“The product is really great, very pleased, but the delivery driver left the parcel at the wrong house. Not a huge problem, but just annoying as our house has a clear sign at the gate. I suppose this really isn’t Transpack’s fault, but the delivery company’s, who come to us regularly! Life eh!”
