“I have order a number of items for my new business, including the compostable display bags. The sales team at transpack are very helpful and quick to respond. I was sent a number of samples of their items so I could make sure they were what I wanted before placing a larger order. The items I ordered were delivered quickly and well packaged.”

“Transpack is okay, but the order was delivered to the wrong address, so it was three days befor i received it .I had paid for next day delivery.”

Hi Brian Our tracking shows that this was delivered the morning after you ordered, and signed for by you so I'm not sure what happened here? If an order doesn't arrive as expected you can always contact us and we will liaise with DPD on your behalf.
