“Transpack sorted out my order quickly and delivered promptly. The art bags are great and the envelopes as well. The only thing I would say is that the first time I ordered 500 envelopes, they came in the correct sized box which I was able to store them in so they don’t fall apart or get squashed. still had some envelopes left in that box, so these ones, which just came packed in with other things in a larger box will not fit into my old one either. I was hoping they’d be in the correct sized box inside the larger box as the first ones I bought were.”

Hello Julie, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us such a lovely review and for letting us know about your envelopes. I’ve escalated this to our Warehouse Manager to investigate, as the envelopes should have been packed in a box. It looks like our supplier may have updated their packaging and is now bulk packing thousands of envelopes into a single larger box, likely to reduce packaging in line with the new EPR tax introduced by the government in April. We then reduce these down to 500s. We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we’ll be looking into a better solution going forward. Thank you again for your feedback and support. “Item was exactly what was required at a reasonable price. However, not all buyers of small items are commercial, so the postage/delivery costs were very high compared to what was being ordered. Perhaps smaller packages could be sent through the post by a cheaper means”

We completely understand your concern about the extra layer of packaging, and you’re absolutely right that it can seem unnecessary at first glance. We always use minimalist, 100% recycled, compostable, and biodegradable packaging wherever possible. However, in some cases, our courier partners may reject parcels packed in single-wall boxes if they’re deemed too flimsy and at risk of breaking or crushing during transit. In those instances, our warehouse team makes a quick decision to repackage the product box into a sturdier double-wall box to ensure it reaches you safely and without delay. Please rest assured that even these sturdier boxes are made from 100% recycled materials and remain fully recyclable and compostable. While we strive to protect the planet first, we also want to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition. “Thank you for your prompt response to my order for sealable plastic bags. the sizes that I ordered are the ones that I use regularly for storing and separating small items. They are also useful for waterproofing notes to attach to items in the garden and outdoors. Very pleased with them.”

“Product v satisfactory and prompt processing let down at last moment by delivery service. Parcel left out in open- potentially a rainy day- no card left. Any future order contingent on using a different carrier, preferably R Mail.”

“Really good quality Clear Artwork Bags with Self Seal Flap 413 x 514mm, exactly as described. Product is great but just a little disappointed that the headline price was almost 50% lower than the end price once shipping and VAT were added - be nice to see pricing inclusive or a little more up front to make comparison easier.”
