“Transpack sorted out my order quickly and delivered promptly. The art bags are great and the envelopes as well. The only thing I would say is that the first time I ordered 500 envelopes, they came in the correct sized box which I was able to store them in so they don’t fall apart or get squashed. still had some envelopes left in that box, so these ones, which just came packed in with other things in a larger box will not fit into my old one either. I was hoping they’d be in the correct sized box inside the larger box as the first ones I bought were.”

Hello Julie, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us such a lovely review and for letting us know about your envelopes. I’ve escalated this to our Warehouse Manager to investigate, as the envelopes should have been packed in a box. It looks like our supplier may have updated their packaging and is now bulk packing thousands of envelopes into a single larger box, likely to reduce packaging in line with the new EPR tax introduced by the government in April. We then reduce these down to 500s. We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we’ll be looking into a better solution going forward. Thank you again for your feedback and support.
