“Due to low stock I had to wait for my order. I was informed of this very quickly. I was offered alternatives but had time to wait for new stock to arrive. I was given an approximate timescale and the order came exactly on time. The delivery was well documented and timed. The driver was very polite, he smiled despite the rain!. The bags were just what I wanted, colour, size and texture all excellent. The whole experience was made delightful because of a good team effort from Transpack Ltd. Well done to all concerned.”

Only comment I'd make is that there must be a simpler way of sketching the dimensional information rather than 'not to scale' pictures. But, that's probably nitpicking. “Only disapointment is the way the items were packed, I was expecting each set of Poly bags to be in packs, as priced in packs on your website not in a large bundle with a plain paper band wrapped around so no way of easily checking quantities Makes identification of each bag, storage and usage difficult”
