“The tissue paper I ordered had been poorly folded before being put inside cardboard packaging. Corners were folded over and the middle of the tissue had creases. The delivery cost was expensive for this small package.”

Dear Pam, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, we really appreciate you choosing our tissue paper. I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with how the tissues were folded during delivery. We carefully fold and package all shipments, and it’s regrettable that this one didn’t meet your expectations. I’ll share your feedback with our packing team and work to improve the presentation. As for the courier cost, our system clearly displays the delivery charge before payment, at which point you can choose to cancel the order if the delivery is too high for you, or increase your order to over £65 (ex vat) and get FREE delivery. We understand courier fees can feel costly for lightweight items, but courier rates are set by the shipping company (not us) and reflect factors like labour, vehicle costs, fuel, handling, tracking, and insurance. I have forwarded your complaint onto the courier company about their charges. Kindest regards The Transpack Team
