“Transpack kept me informed throughout. I was given the expected delivery day and then a time slot of a hour during that day. I was also given an option of where I would like the parcel left if I was out. Delivery was quick and efficient and the delivery guy was courteous and made sure to clarify where any future parcels should be left. A good job. Thank you.”

“The service that I receive from Transpack is continuously great! They never disappoint me.. when they say that eg. the parcel will be there the next working day,they mean it! I’m very appreciative of their commitment towards their customers. They also send text messages to advise when to expect delivery of the package.”

“The customer service was excellent, a quick and informative response to a query I asked. The delivery was speedy and I received a 1 hour delivery time slot which I could have changed if necessary. The product was of excellent quality and was delivered well packaged. Altogether an outstanding experience. Thank you.”
