Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. As explained to you on the phone, on our website it states very clearly the following from the manufacturers: "Please note that measurements can vary slightly by several millimeters due to manufacturing tolerances - if size is critical please request a SAMPLE. When buying paper envelopes please ensure your envelope fits into the bag." This manufacturing tolerance also applies to paper envelopes (which can be made smaller or bigger by a few millimetres) and the guillotining of cards and paper in general. We supply FREE samples for Customers to measure carefully before making a purchase. We have offered you a full refund on return of the goods, as is our policy.

“While trans pak despatched the order immediately the very small package was transported by DHL. This delivery was delayed by DHL for three days which meant I waited at home for three days to receive the package. It could have been posted Royal Mail and then put through the letter box”

Hi Rosalind - thanks for your review. Having looked into it I can see that we did despatch at the first opportunity. DHL did also deliver within in the 1-3 day timeframe for the standard delivery you chose so unfortunately we don't have any recourse with them. If you need something more quickly in the future we do offer a Priority delivery service which means it will very likely be with you Next Day.
