“Excellent service right from my initial contact Friendly and knowledgeable customer service I was unsure which size package I needed, narrowed down to choice of two - both posted out for me to see and check. “Would of been 5 just was disappointed with the customer service when collected I had a mask kept at a distance man that came to door was rude and very unfriendly and not professional for a people person seeing it was my first order to try your product has put me of a bit to be honest”

Please don't think that that is our usual service, I can only assume the person you saw was under pressure and you caught him at a bad moment although that really is not an excuse.

“On time delivery as promised. Loud enough rap at the door aso I was aware OG the delivery. The driver waited long enough to witness me collecting the parcel. Therefore reliable, efficient.”
