“Good website and ordering system. Customer service was very quick in answering (emailed) questions. Very quick delivery and notification of despatch. The carrier (DPD) should have given a time slot for delivery but didn't - not really the fault of Transpack though. Luckily, I was just leaving as the DPD van arrived. Suggest enclosing a catalogue with all orders - it's always useful to browse or to show to colleagues/friends. Overall, a good experience and I will be using this company again.”

“Terrible quality product. The seal immediately went on one side of half of the bags and I had to tape them up myself. Several of the bags already had holes in them, and one of them ripped really easily in transit. Unless you like wasting money and time then AVOID.”

“I have been unable to get polypropylene bags for freezing my allotment produce from the supermarkets recently. The ones I used came from Tesco. I ordered a sample of your bags and they may do but the supermarket ones are rather thicker. It is most disappointing that such environmentally friendly bags disappeared from supermarkets and I am determined to find the best alternative I can. If your bags are the best I shall order a bulk supply.”
