“I wasn't sure what product would be best suited to display my friend's photographic artwork, so used the chat facility, and was guided through the options by Lisa, who couldn't have been more helpful, even though my order was only for 100 bags. My order arrived the next day, and my friend was delighted with the quality and versatility of the clear artwork bag, which is roomy enough to hold his mounted photographs in either square or portrait sizes equally well. Looks very professional, and for a very good price, and recyclable - ticks all the boxes. I will definitely be ordering more. Great product and great service. Thanks to all.”

Hi Andrea Sorry that you felt it wasn't clear. You did tick a box to say that you had read a notice, which points out that the next day charge is per parcel before you placed the order. We do also offer to send the bulk of the order on standard delivery which wouldn't have incurred any extra charge, with one parcel going on the upgraded service you paid extra for.
