“Excellent service from this company. I contacted Transpack when my order hadn't arrived by the Friday after it was dispatched the previous Monday. A replacemnet order was sent out that day and arrived the following day. I was very impressed with the help I received and the items I ordered are just what I wanted.”

“Great fast delivery and good quality. Just a real shame that i ordered bio friendly packaging that was packaged in non-recyclable or bio friendly plastic. Just doesn't make any sense??? But otherwise a very good service.”

Hi Kat Thanks for your review. All our compostable packaging is now wrapped in similar packaging. The bubble wrap would have been green which is means it is biodegradable, and the wrap is wrapped in compostable film. We also use paper tape.
