“Parcel sent by DPD for next day delivery but arrived after 2 days. Also, box had to be resealed and taped together by DPD as it was split open. The packing of the contents in the box was poor and considering you are a packaging company it made me laugh that you packed a box with rolls of pallet wrap that are heavy and simply broke the box they were put in. I suggest you use pallet wrap on your boxes in future!!! Great service and advice on my purchase. Will use again”
