Morning Jonathan, We sincerely apologise for the frustration and inconvenience this delay has caused. Our Customer Service team is currently working closely with our warehouse and courier to locate your parcel, and we will update you as soon as we have more information. Please know that we are committed to resolving this issue swiftly. If you ever have concerns or need assistance, our Customer Service team is always here to help. You can reach us at 02380-869999 or sales@transpack.co.uk. We truly value your patience, and if you had contacted our team directly about the delay sooner, we would have resolved it immediately. “First time purchase with Transpack and very happy with the service. Order was despatched same day and delivered next day - I hadn’t requested or paid for such a fast turnaround, very pleased. The products I received are very good quality (sofa and armchair bags and builders plastic roll). The plastic is thick enough to do the job it’s designed for and won’t tear easily, easy to work with too. Overall I’m very pleased with my purchase and have no hesitation in recommending this supplier.”
