On the morning of delivery DPD had sent me an e.mail to say it would not be delivering my order till the following day. I was upset by this as I had paid for next day delivery so I contacted your customer service. I received an e.mail from them to say they had looked into it and they would reimburse me part of my postage and also send me my order again in case I did not receive my first order. Thank you so much for your prompt assistance with this matter. I will definitely use Transpack Ltd again.”
