“Customer service was excellent. I purchased some items and paid for next day delivery. On the morning of delivery DPD had sent me an e.mail to say it would not be delivering my order till the following day. I was upset by this as I had paid for next day delivery so I contacted your customer service. I received an e.mail from them to say they had looked into it and they would reimburse me part of my postage and also send me my order again in case I did not receive my first order. Thank you so much for your prompt assistance with this matter. I will definitely use Transpack Ltd again.”

“Had a problem with the couriers Dpd and the staff at Transpack were wonderful, they contacted Dpd and cleared the situation up, very quickly. So impressed. Plus the boxes I ordered were great. Big thankyou to your polite helpful staff. 😊”
