“Initially, I was disappointed by my order as there was a mistake where one item was incorrect. However after leaving a voicemail in the evening, I was delighted to have an email the following morning apologising for the mistake and then a replacement sent immmediately. I was even told to keep the incorrect item as it was their mistake. Great service! Also loved the products - will use again!”

“Incredibly quick dispatch, product slightly smaller than I had thought it would be considering the measurements, but apart from that, excellent and reliable service.”

“Excellent service. Ordered on Wednesday. Items delivered by 10:30 the following day. The covers are good quality, very strong - perfect for protecting several different size mattress’s when moving house or just storage. Also used the spare ones for storing garden furniture cushions.”
