“Firstly, they are the only company that I have found that does the large gusseted cellophane bags that we use for our soft toy tombola prizes for our animal charity. Trying to wrap numerous large teddies using sheet cellophane is so much more difficult. So full marks to them for that, and secondly, if you have a query, the lady on the phone is always helpful and sorts out your query. Thirdly, their delivery is usually within two days, although I don't expect it for four. Thank you Transpack.”

“Due to low stock I had to wait for my order. I was informed of this very quickly. I was offered alternatives but had time to wait for new stock to arrive. I was given an approximate timescale and the order came exactly on time. The delivery was well documented and timed. The driver was very polite, he smiled despite the rain!. Only comment I'd make is that there must be a simpler way of sketching the dimensional information rather than 'not to scale' pictures. But, that's probably nitpicking. Very pleased with the ordered products and the fast delivery.”
