“I messed up and order and Lisa very quickly sorted it out for me on the phone, thank you. Unfortunately DPD were complete failures: Couldn't deliver a parcel to me one day this week despite delivering another! Then LOST the package I ordered yesterday! Not Transpacks fault in the least, and very quickly sorted out with replacements on the way. Most definitely use Transpack again.”
