“Spoke to a polite lady on the phone who advised they could not next day delivery on a Saturday for a fair price ( courier costing not this company ) so fair enough ; I was instantly told make a click and collect and come and get it as I was urgent for the black tissue paper, upon arriving pressed a door bell for attention to which I wAs welcomed by a polite bloke who within 38 seconds had given me my order and my VAT invoice and wished me a good day , setting an excellent example for the rest of the monkeys out there proporting to be a professional business , keep up these seamless transactions guys we will be back for sure !”
