“Very helpful company, I ordered the wrong size of cellophane art bags and called to see if I could change the size, I spoke to a real human which is rare these days and they managed to change my order to the correct size, it arrived within two days and the quality was perfect.”

“Brilliant, excellent price on the packaging that I needed and arrived the very next day. The only slight disappointment was a small puncture in the cardboard, that had been picked up in transit and had damaged the product. Customer service was straight on to this and agreed replacements.”

“From the point of initial enquiry via their livechat system through to the delivery of the product, Transpack were flawless. They were detailed and quick to reply on their website and the processing and dispatch time of my order was faster than I expected and meant I could get ahead with what I needed the good for which was a real plus.
