“I have been using shredded paper from Transpack for years and have always been impressed with the speed of delivery and the quality of the product. However with my last order of 'shredded paper' was more like sawdust, it was not the luxury look i am going for at all and instead it felt rough to touch. Following my original review the team at Transpack got in touch and we worked together to ensure that the shredded paper went back to its original high quality. I was originally very disappointed but Transpack have really managed to turn my experience around. They consulted me and sent me a sample before replacing my original order. Now the shredded paper is off the same high quality it was originally. Excellent customer service Transpack! Well done!”
