If you had contacted our Customer Service team about your delayed order, we could have sorted it out for you immediately, we are available on email, telephone, and quick chat via our website. 98% of all our orders in 2024 reached our customers the next day, so delays like this are very unusual and we are following up with our team where it got delayed. As for the products that you ordered, we sell thousands of every year, both items are our top sellers. Maybe they just weren't the right product for what you needed them for. Dear Harry, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely apologise for the delay in delivering your order and for the inconvenience this caused. Unfortunately, your delivery fell during the Christmas period when we were closed, and the situation was further complicated when FedEx was unable to locate your address, resulting in the parcel being returned to us. As soon as our Customer Service team became aware of the issue, they reached out to you promptly to resolve the confusion. You kindly supplied additional address details, which we then passed on to an alternative courier, DPD. They made every effort to ensure the parcel reached you as quickly as possible. While our couriers take pride in maintaining a 97% "next day" delivery rate for us, this was an unfortunate situation where the address could not be found on the "Post Code Finder" system, and things unraveled from there. We are committed to ensuring a smoother experience in the future. If you would kindly give us another chance, we will ensure all your future deliveries are handled exclusively by DPD.
