“I have been unable to get polypropylene bags for freezing my allotment produce from the supermarkets recently. The ones I used came from Tesco. I ordered a sample of your bags and they may do but the supermarket ones are rather thicker. It is most disappointing that such environmentally friendly bags disappeared from supermarkets and I am determined to find the best alternative I can. If your bags are the best I shall order a bulk supply.”

“Excellent product however they are too small for my sofas even though I ordered bigger sizes deliberately. The size given appears to be for a flat rectangle so once the bag was open along its only opening long length it would not pull down fully to cover the sofa. Order extra extra big as it's supposed to sit over the top of the sofa like a throw would.”

“The plastic covering for my mattress is strong and easy to fit, although it is still necessary to seal it with strong parcel tape which I must supply myself. I felt that the price charged for postage however was exorbitant. Once again, customers not living on the 'mainland' must pay over the odds for goods that are often delivered free. As a UK resident, I thought it unfair to pay such high 'overseas' postage costs.”

“The carrier you use charges far too much to deliver to Northern Ireland it would be far better if you used Royal Mail. If it wasnt for the fact I visit England regularly and have a relative who will receive post for me I wouldnt use Transpack at all.”

Thank you for your feedback. We work very hard to ensure our customers receive the best possible service at all times. Regretfully Royal Mail has proven unreliable losing parcels hence we only use a trackable service which we accept is expensive to Northern Ireland. We continue to explore other options and will contact you when we have found a better solution.

Hi Jim, thanks for your comments. We try and stock the most popular sizes but its always tricky with mounts as the thickness of the card will vary and have an impact on how your artwork will fit. We do offer a free sample service so you can try them first - if you'd like to try any other sizes do please let us know.

“Impressed with the prices and speed of delivery, however when we received the order and counted the sheets (yes, we actually counted), we had only received 920, instead of 1000 (we counted twice), which was a bit annoying as we had chosen to order from Transpack based on the cost per sheet compared to another packaging company.”

Hi. Thanks for our comments. I can see that you ordered two reams of Cerise tissue (480 sheets in a ream) so you should have received 960 sheets. I'm sorry that you only received 920 and will arrange for another 40 sheets to be despatched to you today.

“I found perfect packaging for my home crafted jewellery pieces but was disappointed when I got to the ordering/checkout to find that I had to pay £5 postage. Hi Hazel Unfortunately we do have to charge for postage and packing on smaller orders and do keep the cost as low as we can. We haven’t increased this cost for at least 8 or 9 years. You probably saw that we offer free postage on orders over £35 but appreciate that you may not have wanted to spend that much. We try to make the delivery costs as clear as possible and they are accessible on every page of the website. We are sorry you were disappointed.
