Delivery was quick but £6 excessive for a small package. Just 100 cello bags small.

Very happy with the product which I buy regularly except this time I received it in an envelope and the courier had tried to push this rather tick package through the letterbox and it got ripped and the products was completely out of the envelope but luckily it didn’t get damaged. Not sure who to blame.

Hi Nathalie I'm sorry to hear this. The courier should know better but I'll also put a note on your account to make sure these are wrapped more securely in future. I'm glad they weren't damaged - if they had been we would have replaced them immediately. Hopefully it won't happen again!

It seems a huge pity, not to a say an ecological tragedy, that even though I order what can clearly be seen as recyclable and non-plastic goods from you, you pack the box using plastic bubble wrap. Please reconsider all your warehouse packaging to use either corn starch chips which melt away or stuffing paper which can be composted or recycled. The goods themselves are excellent. Thankyou

Hi Chloe. Thanks for your feedback. We are currently looking into changing the way we pack these products and hope to be using biodegradable packaging very soon.

Was dispointed they did not come in a sealed bag... they all fell out the packaging annoying... prompt delivery which was great. So I give you a 3

Hi Danielle Thank you for your review. Sorry that your bags didn't arrive as you expected. Its tricky with these bags as if they get manhandled into a bag they can sometimes get creased at the edges which we try to avoid, but maybe we need to have a rethink. Thanks for the feedback.

I was taken aback by the fact that Transpack do not offer free returns. Most, if not all businesses offer this facility, but not you. This was a disappointment to me, as I needed to send back a big box at my expense, then wait for a refund.

Hi Elizabeth. I'm sorry you were disappointed but we do make our returns policy very clear on the website for you to see before you make a purchase, and we also offer a free sample service so that you can make sure you are buying the correct product for your needs.

The product was as described and perfect quality. I did think they were a little over price and the £8 next day delivery charge very inflated, especially when ordering after 4pm they actually take two days - would probably not use again for this reason.

Excellent speedy Delivery. Wish you had real tree cellulose (cellophane) bags as an option, as single use plastic is not adding value to my products😉

I received my order a couple of days later than the estimated time, but I accepted that this was probable due to the easter break. However I did have one disappointment on receiving my order, as one of the size bag packages ie the 12 x 10" would not fit my mounted photos 10 x8"as advertised. I had to discard this batch as I tried three out of the package but they were all to tight to fit my pictures and split when trying to insert them. The bags required another 2 mm on width to accommodate the pictures. The other set of Cello Bags were a perfect fit, so on this score I can only award a 50, 50 rating. Mr Bowman.

Hi Glyn I'm sorry your mounted prints didn't fit. If you order again its a good idea to request a sample first to double check. We will always make a full refund though, so you can send them back to us if its not too late?

Prompt delivery, good mattress bags. 2-seater sofa went into a mattress bag better that 2-seater sofa bag.

Items delivered on time. I was however unhappy with the way it was packed. I ordered 3 different sizes of the gusset bags but they all came lumped together in one envelope. Not impressed at all.

Thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry you weren't happy with the way the bags were packed. We do try not to use too much packaging but If you order again, we'll pack your bags seperately.

The goods arrived very quickly and were well packed. Postage however is still extortionate and I don't believe any of the carriers apart from Royal Mail pay their "self employed" staff anywhere near a living wage. If I could find an someone who used a fairer method of distribution then I would use them.

Product sound and quick delivery. Packaging was awful - had to be re-packed by shippers and looked like an elephant had sat on it.

Hi Bruce I'm sorry your packaging was damaged. I'm sure this happened in transit as our Warehouse staff make sure parcels leave here as well packaged as they can be. If anything was damaged, please let us know straight away, so that we can replace it.

I ordered the cello bags with silver base. They are a perfect fit but I would have liked the silver on both sides not just the bottom. The card inside is an off white which is such a shame!

Hi Thanks for your feedback. The idea is that once the bags are filled you wouldn't see the silver if it was on the inside of the bag, but I understand your point. We do point out that the silver is on the outside on the website. If you'd like to send them back for a refund we would be happy to arrange that for you.

Staff were excellent but the product itself was disappointing. The bags we bought to cover our mattresses as we moved them split on their 'sealed' end disappointingly , as we were moving . Not worth what we paid for, at least in our experience .

Excellent product, exactly as described. However, I was let down by the delivery as it took 2 days to received an item I ordered next delivery for. Due to being just on the deadline, I was told by your customer services that I was unable to get a morning delivery, but that it would be delivered some time in the afternoon. When I tracked the parcel the next day, it notified me that it would be delivered between 17.30-18.30 which I was unable to wait for because our office closes at 17:00. I had no other choice but to change the delivery to the following day and even then it wasn't delivered until the afternoon. I strongly suggest that if you are unable to process orders late in the day for a next day delivery, you should not be offering it as a service.

Hi Kiera. I'm afraid that DPD can't offer a next day morning service to some locations in Scotland which is why we called you straight away to let you know that it would be an afternoon delivery, and we also refunded your delivery charge within 20 minutes. DPD did try and deliver to you that day so I do feel like they did their best too, it was just unfortunate that they couldn't get to you until late in the day. If you order again it might be a good idea to mention that the office closes at 5pm as it will help with planning their route.

The product supplied was as ordered, I also paid extra for before 12noon delivery but unfortunately it was over half an hour late and despite me contacting Transpack for a part refund on my delivery cost they have to date still not responded
